• Eric Jing Chairman and CEO of Ant Financial
    Mr. Jing is Chairman and CEO of Ant Financial.
    Mr. Jing joined Alibaba Group in 2007, where he was a Senior Finance Director and later Vice President. He was named Chief Financial Officer of Alipay in September 2009 and Ant Financial’s Chief Operating Officer in October 2014, before becoming President in June 2015. In October 2016, Mr. Jing was appointed Chief Executive of Ant Financial and in April 2018 he took on the additional role of Chairman. Prior to joining Alibaba, Mr. Jing was CFO of Guangzhou Pepsi Cola Beverage Co. He also held management positions in finance in several Swire Coca-Cola bottling plants or business departments. Mr. Jing received a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1994. He obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration after finishing the EMBA program at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, U.S. in 2005.

    Mr. Hu joined Alibaba Group in June 2005, and held various key positions at Alipay and Ant Financial.
    In 2009, Mr. Hu started an internal venture called AliFinance within Alibaba, leveraging big data analytics to provide collateral-free financing services for small and micro businesses in China. Mr. Hu was appointed President of Alibaba Cloud in November 2014. Under his leadership, Alibaba Cloud grew rapidly and embarked on a global expansion, becoming the largest cloud computing company in Asia and among the top three worldwide. Mr. Hu became President of Ant Financial in November 2018. Prior to joining Alibaba, Mr. Hu worked in financial institutions including China Construction Bank and China Everbright Bank. Mr. Hu received his EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School.
  • Li Cheng Chief Technology Officer and International Business Group's Chief Operating Officer
    Mr. Cheng is Chief Technology Officer at Ant Financial and Chief Operating Officer of its Global Business Group.
    Mr. Cheng joined Alipay in 2005, and was one of the early engineers who built Alipay's technology platform. He has led the design of every generation of Alipay's technological architecture. Mr. Cheng also designed and implemented a series of key Alipay business systems. He is committed to the technical research and design of Ant Financial's financial products, and to cultivating technical talents. Starting 2018, Cheng became COO of the Global Business Unit. Mr. Cheng holds a Master's degree in computer science, from Shanghai University.
  • Leiming Chen General Counsel
    Mr. Chen is Ant Financial's General Counsel, responsible for the company's legal and compliance functions (including anti-money laundering compliance).
    Mr. Chen joined Ant Financial in March 2016. Prior to joining Ant Financial, he was a Partner with U.S.-based Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, and was head of the firm’s China Practice. Mr. Chen, who has been based in Hong Kong since 1997, has worked on a variety of equity and debt offerings and mergers and acquisitions involving primarily Chinese companies. Mr. Chen has extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory matters, and is qualified to practice law in New York and Hong Kong. Mr. Chen received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University at Toronto, Canada.
  • Sam Zeng Senior Vice President
    Mr. Zeng is currently Senior Vice President at Ant Financial, in charge of human resources.
    Mr. Zeng, who joined Ant Financial in February 2012, has rich experience in human resources management. Before he joined Ant Financial, he worked for British American Tobacco, Anheuser-Busch InBev and McDonald’s. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Zeng served as Vice President of human resources for McDonald’s in China, and from 2003 to 2009 he was Human Resources Director for Anheuser-Busch InBev. Mr. Zeng also worked for British American Tobacco from 1996 to 2003, serving as manager of human resources. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Zhejiang Gongshang University and he obtained his Master’s degree in engineering from Jiangnan University. He also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Nanjing University.

    Sabrina Peng is Chief Marketing Officer and Head of CEO Office
    Ms. Peng joined Alibaba Group in 2000 and was the architect behind Alibaba.com’s TrustPass, a product used by hundreds of thousands of small and micro businesses in China to enable trust in e-commerce. She became Vice President of Alibaba Group in 2008, in charge of Alibaba.com's divisions for China and international marketplaces. Ms. Peng was the product founder of AliExpress, a global retail marketplace that Alibaba launched in 2010. In November 2012, Ms. Peng joined Alipay as the company’s Vice President and General Manager of Alipay’s international business. She became Vice President and Head of the CEO Office at Ant Financial in November 2016. In December 2018, she became Chief Marketing Officer while continuing to lead the CEO Office. Ms. Peng received a Bachelor's degree in Technology English and a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Xi'an Jiaotong University. She also completed an EMBA program at China Europe International Business School in 2010.

    Mr. Ni is the President of Alipay Business Group at Ant financial.
    Mr. Ni joined Alipay in 2003 as a member of the founding team and wrote the very first line of code for Alipay. At Alipay, Mr. Ni has taken the roles of Developer, Product Architect, and Chief Engineer for industry products. He and his team designed the technology framework of Alipay, carrying out several strategic changes like fast payment, mobile app and in-store payment. Currently, Ni is leading the Alipay team in providing merchants with the best payment solution while facilitating digital public service for consumers. Ni graduated from Zhejiang University of Finance & Economics and completed an EMBA program at China Europe International Business School.

    Mr. Huang is President of Digital Finance Business Group at Ant Financial.
    Mr. Huang has more than 20 years of experience in financial operations. He served as Deputy General Manager of the Financial Planning Department at China Construction Bank, Governor of Sino-German Bausparkasse Co., Ltd., and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors at CCB Principal Asset Management Co., Ltd., and was General Manager in charge of e-banking and Internet finance at China Construction Bank. Mr. Huang graduated from Wuhan University with a major in international finance.

    Joining Ant Financial in September 2015, Mr. Yin is in charge of the insurance business of Ant Financial. He worked for China Life Property & Casualty Insurance Limited from 2009 to 2015, serving as assistant to the President and was later appointed Vice President. Prior to China Life, he was General Manager of the Jiangsu Branch of Taiping Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and General Manager of the Shanghai Branch of China Life Property & Casualty Insurance Limited.

    Mr. Feagin joined Ant Financial in June 2016 to spearhead Ant Financial’s globalization strategy, as well as Alipay’s international business development, operations and marketing activities. Prior to joining Ant Financial, Douglas was senior partner of Goldman, Sachs & Co., with a broad set of client relationships in the US, Latin America and Asia across sectors including banking, technology and insurance. Douglas graduated from the University of Virginia in 1988, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1994.

    Mr. Yu is the Vice President of Ant Financial and the Head of the eWTP Financial Service Workgroup in charge of building a payment and financial system to serve global small and micro enterprises.
    Mr. Yu joined Ant Financial in 2014. When MYbank, an Internet bank initiated by Ant Financial launched in 2015, he became the president of MYbank. Mr. Yu became chief risk officer of Ant Financial in December 2016. In January 2018, he became head of the eWTP Financial Service Workgroup in charge of building a payment and financial system to serve global small and micro enterprises. Before joining Ant Financial, Mr. Yu held various management positions at Bank of Hangzhou. Mr. Yu has Master's degree and is a certified public accountant.

    Mr. Shidong Liang is Vice President of Department of Comprehensive Risk Management and Ant Financial Research Institute.
    Mr. Shidong Liang joined Ant Financial in 2018. Prior to that, he held various roles at China’s National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, Financial Stability Bureau of the People’s Bank of China, China Bond Insurance Co., LTD and Department of Risk Management at China Construction Bank. Mr. Liang was a member of the Policy Development Group of Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS), a member of the Steering Committee of the Financial Stability Board (FSB), and a member of China Financial Standardization Technical Committee (CFSTC). Mr. Liang graduated from University of Science and Technology of China, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Material Chemistry, a joint degree in Management and Economics and a Ph.D. in Financial Engineering.

    Mr. Rui joined Ant Financial in February 2017. Prior to joining Ant Financial, he was Senior Vice President at American Express in charge of fraud risk control. He has a bachelor's degree from Peking University and a PhD from Ohio State University in the US.

    Mr. Han is the Vice President of Ant Financial, in charge of finance and financing.
    Mr. Han joined Alibaba Group as Senior Director of the Corporate Finance Department in 2011, and has been deeply involved in several milestone projects such as Alibaba Group privatizing its HK listed subsidiary, Alibaba Group's repurchase of its shares from Yahoo, and Alibaba Group's equity and debt financing projects. Since 2014, he has served as Vice President of Ant Financial. Before he joined Alibaba Group, he was Executive Director of China International Capital Corporation and covered mainly the investment banking business in the Internet, telecom and railway industries, completing numerous IPO, debt financing and M&A projects. Mr. Han obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degrees, both in Economics, from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Chen obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Chinese language and literature from Nanjing University.

    Mr. Xu joined Alipay in 2008, founded the risk control team and built the intelligent risk control system. In June 2015, Xu started to lead the customer service and customer interest protection efforts, building a smart customer service system. Prior to joining Alipay, Mr. Xu was a decorated police officer at Hangzhou Public Security Bureau. Mr. Xu graduated from Hangzhou Police School and studied at People's Public Security University of China.
